General Issues

How GUK VoIP work?
First fill out the registration form, after your registration is aprooved we send you a email with detailed instructions to log into your account, then you can start setup SIP or IAX2 devices into your account to place calls trough the GUK Communications network. You can setup multiply SIP or IAX2 devices inside your account and you can access the statistic for all devices on a seperate basis, it is not possible to setup multiple user accounts.
Are free minutes included for testing?
With your registration you get 2,- Euros to test.

Can I call other user from GUK VoIP?
yes, you only need to register your device on the GUK VoIP switch, then all user can reach you free of charge.

What routes do you offer and how can I connect them?
We offer two kind of Routes the White Route, where we have direct interconnects with the carriers in the destination country (please take a look to the Rates, there you can find more Informations about the direct interconnects), and the Black Route where we offer the lowest possible rate without guaranteed quality.

To connect the different routes you need to dial (Example calls to UK):
White Route: 44208099414799
Black Route: 00044208099414799


The Number 44208099414799 is a testing number from us, you can try to call them to test your connection
(44 = UK, 20 = London, 8099414799 = local phone number).

How many concurrent connections are possible?
all your devices have no limit of concurrent connections, please understand that on our white Route we do not have unlimited capacity, if you need more than 120 concurrent connections to a single destination please contact us.
